Same-day delivery is available in select metropolitan areas for orders placed before 12 PM IST. This service has limited availability and additional charges apply. During checkout, if same-day delivery is available for your location, it will appear as an option with the cut-off time.
How can I check shipping status?

What if I'm not available during delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. After the second attempt, the package may be returned to our facility. You'll be contacted to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup from a nearby service point. For valuable items, we recommend providing delivery instructions during checkout.
Do you ship to PO boxes or remote locations?

We ship to most locations across India, but remote areas may have longer delivery times or additional shipping charges. We don't ship to PO boxes for security reasons. During checkout, enter your complete address to see available shipping options and estimated delivery dates for your location.
What about international customs and duties?
